Alps 2012 - a selection of bits and pieces from June

 We arrived in Chamonix towards the end of June to find cool, misty weather which soon improved. I've added a few photos of some of our days out in June. More for July to follow...! So many pictures to sort through!

 All packed up for a bivi trip and an early start to climb Mont Blanc du Tacul for a bit more acclimatisation after our previous trip along the Cosmiques Arete.

 Only to find that it was raining at the Aiguille du Midi and that the snow was mush so straight back down again! One of the benefits of having a season pass for the lifts.

 An early cable car and back up to the Aiguille du Midi the following day to enjoy great conditions.
